Kembali Xioami Redmi 4X mendapatkan ROM baru dari Aray. ROM ColorOS v3.0 ini sudah banyak mengalami perbaikan dari Kamera dan yang lainnya. untuk operating system ROM ini memakai Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow jadi performa rom ini lebih tinggi dari pada versi sebelumnya. Untuk ukuran  ROM ColorOS v3.0 Santoni  cukup besar yakni mencapai 1 GB lebih atau tepatnya 1,3 GB. kenapa size rom ini terbilang besar dikarenakan kemiripan rom ini sama persis dengan Oppo F1S, Lebih jelasnya silahkan lihat screenshot dibawah ini.
